kUimlRenderer is a library that renders UIML files with the QT Widget Set. 

In plain English, that means it can customize User Interfaces in a language and widget set independent manner. It also means that user interfaces can be completely customized simply by editing a UIML document.  Moreover, the kUimlProject aims to develop a UIML Editor that will allow a user to visually customize a user interface, without altering the behavior of the program .
